  I walked through two spec homes and I was not impressed for what they are charging. Sure the home is nice but not for $499,000.00. The cuts for the trim were poorly done. The stain on the stairs had a bad feel like they didn't sand it enough between coats and had bubbles in the stain. The lots are very small. When it is built out it will feel very confined. The carpet was average. Again for that much money I would expect better.
